PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress artifacts that may occur during long-length photographing.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging system according to the present invention, comprises a housing which has retaining parts to position and retain a plurality of radiation imaging devices such that the devices partially overlap spatially with each other as viewed from the radiation source for containment of the devices in the housing, each of the radiation imaging devices including a radiation detection panel which has a two-dimensional matrix of pixels for conversion of applied radiation into image signals. The radiation imaging system captures a radiation image on the basis of respective image signals from the plurality of radiation imaging devices.
