The cultivation-port transplanting device includes a transfer unit, which is mounted to be positioned on the upper side of a conveyor, grips planting ports positioned in an identical row among the planting ports, which are planted on a planting port tray and transferred, transfers the gripped planting ports and mounts the planting ports on a conveyor; a gap adjusting unit which is installed on the conveyor to transfer the planting ports mounted on the conveyor via the conveyor by adjusting gaps between the planting ports; a missing-plant-port removing unit which detects missing plant ports on which no transplanted nursery plants exist by sensing the planting ports when the planting ports are transferred to the cultivation bath and removes the missing plant ports; a stop unit which is installed to stop the planting ports, of which the gap between the planting ports are adjusted by the gap adjusting unit and which are transferred by the conveyor, to be positioned corresponding to the transplant groove of the cultivation bath; and a transplant unit. The transplant unit is installed be positioned on the upper side of the stop unit and grips the planting ports, of which the gap between the planting ports are adjusted and which are stopped by the stop unit, at once.
