PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an image processing method to contribute to improvement in diagnostic capability of an ultrasonic image relatively difficult to grasp an internal structure.SOLUTION: The apparatus stores a plurality of biological structure volume data which show an anatomical structure corresponding to the same site as in a subject. A biological structure three-dimensional image 114 is composed by selecting one biological structure volume data among a plurality of these biological structure volume data. Moreover, ultrasonic images 111, 112, and 113 are created based on ultrasonic volume data obtained by imaging the subject. The biological structure three-dimensional image 114 and the ultrasonic images 111, 112, and 113 are displayed simultaneously.
