PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for treating a tissue equipped with a hand-held part manually held and moved by a user during medical treatment.SOLUTION: An instrument for treating a tissue includes a hand-held part and a working part 202. The hand-held part is manually held and moved by a user, and the working part is movably connected to the hand-held part. A tracking device 114 is attached to the hand-held part so as to track the instrument. The tracking device is in a communication state with a control system 120 used for keeping the working part inside a boundary 106 or outside the boundary. A plurality of actuators are operationally connected to the working part.
