The tracheal tube systems may include first and second tubes and an inflatable balun. The first tube is flexible and hollow and may have first and second open ends. The inflatable balun is attached to a portion of the first tube and surrounds it with a stock. The inflatable balun may include a recess sized and positioned to receive a portion of the second tube located therein when the inflatable balun is inflated. The second tube may be hollow and have a plurality of holes along sidewalls that are not in contact with the balun. The second tube may be configured to couple to a suction device that creates a negative pressure in the second tube.
