PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medicine case and interlocking system improving medication adherence by allowing a user to easily check medical agents to be taken at a time of taking medicine and to acquire presence/absence of medication without any burden to the user.SOLUTION: The electronic medicine case includes medication time notification means for notifying a user of information of medicines to be taken at a time of taking medicine, and means for lighting only a medicine storage chamber to be taken with an LED. Further the electronic medicine case stores information of a medication state of the user using a sensor detecting whether or not a medicine sheet is taken out from the medicine storage chamber. The information is stored in a smart phone and a server via a communication section included in a medication support case. Furthermore, the medication/non-medication state is shared with a family of the user or a healthcare personnel in charge and a message thereof can be exchanged between them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用者が、服薬時刻に服用するべき薬剤を手軽に確認でき、服薬の有無を使用者の負担なく取得することで、服薬アドヒアランス向上につながる電子お薬ケースおよび連動システムを提供する。【解決手段】服薬時刻に服用すべき薬品の情報を使用者に知らせる服薬時刻通知手段及び、服薬すべき薬収容室のみをLED点灯させる手段を設ける。さらに、薬収納室から薬シートが取り出されたか否かを感知するセンサを利用して、使用者の服薬状況の情報を保存する。また、服薬支援ケースに内蔵された通信部を介することで、上記情報をスマートフォン上ならびにサーバーに蓄積する。加えて、その服薬状況の有無を、使用者の家族や担当の医療従事者と共有して、メッセージのやりとりをすることが出来る。【選択図】図1
