Include calcium and anion, such as phosphate, pyrophosphate, sulfate, silicate the invention discloses compound nano particle, carbonate, molybdate or phosphosilicate that be doped with various ions. Nanoparticle is exposed for generating heat (crossing heat therapy) at radio wave (1KHz-1000GHz), and it is suitable for comparing in MRI magnetic and is imaged, X-ray absorption is used for computed tomography, near-infrared optical fluorescence is used for nuclear imaging or therapy for optical imagery and/or radioactive isotope transmitting. Nanoparticle also can be coupled to microballon or other 3 dimensional scaffolds for image-guided (MRI, CT, NIR, core) regeneration, the embolism and/or chemo/radio-embolization of blood vessel or tumour.
