PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that facilitates loading work of working materials in comparison with a conventional way.SOLUTION: A riding rice planting machine 1 includes: a traveling vehicle body 10 a fertilizing unit 9 provided at the rear of the traveling vehicle body a seedling planting part 15 liftably mounted at the rear of the traveling vehicle body and planting seedlings in a field a spare seedling frame 19 disposed in the front part of the traveling vehicle body and loading spare seedlings and a conveying device 100 for conveying working materials to the rear from the front part of the traveling vehicle body. The conveying device 100 has: a loading member 110 for loading the working materials and a pair of front and rear link arms 121a, 121b for moving the loading member between a loading work position being the front side of the traveling vehicle body and having the working materials loaded on the loading member, and a replenishing work position being the rear side of the traveling vehicle body and replenishing the working materials on the loading member 110.
