Disclosed are a body shape analysis apparatus and a method thereof, capable of preventing diseases caused by body shape imbalance by precisely analyzing a body shape of a subject to be measured with an accurate analysis algorithm in addition to using a plurality markers, and allowing the subject to be measured to maintain a customized body shape suitable for the subject to be measured. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a camera is configured to photograph a front side, a lateral side and a back side of a subject to be measured to which the markers are attached, a laser foothold is configured to display a position of a foot by laser beams when measuring the subject to be measured, and a display is configured to display a measurement process and a measurement result. In addition, a calculation means receives images of the front side, the lateral side and the back side of the subject to be measured from the camera so as to recognize the markers in the images, and analyzes muscle imbalance for each disease to output an analysis result to the display.
