Described here are devices, systems, kits, and methods for positioning a suction catheter in the airway of a patient. The kit includes a suction catheter a suction connector configured to attach or releasably attach to the suction catheter, and a delivery' device configured to deliver the suction catheter along an endotracheal tube to a suction location. After positioning the tip of the suction catheter at the suction location, the delivery device is removed and the suction connector is attached to the catheter.La présente invention décrit des dispositifs, des systèmes, des trousses, et des procédés de positionnement d'un cathéter d'aspiration dans les voies aériennes d'un patient. La trousse comprend un cathéter d'aspiration, un raccord d'aspiration conçu pour être fixer au cathéter d'aspiration, éventuellement de façon amovible, et un dispositif de pose conçu pour acheminer le cathéter d'aspiration le long d'un tube endotrachéen afin de poser ce dernier au niveau d'un lieu d'aspiration.
