The present disclosure describes treatment of the vasculature of a patientwithan expandable implant. The implant is constrained to a reduced deliveryprofile fordelivery within the vasculature by at least one sleeve. The implant may beconstrainedto other diameters, such as an intermediate configuration having a diameterlarger thanthe delivery profile and smaller than the deployment diameter. The sleeves maybeexpanded, allowing for expansion of the diameter of the expandable implant, bydisengaging a coupling member from the sleeve or sleeves from outside of thebody ofthe patient. The expandable implant may comprise a number of side branchfenestrations or fenestratable portions.
