Disclosed are a bone mounting bracket capable of being fixed to maxilla by a screw and a palate expanding device including the bracket and a base unit supported by the bracket. The base unit includes a base body extendable to left and right sides and legs formed in the base body and transmitting a maxilla expanding force generated by the base body to the bracket. The bracket includes a leg mount with a leg assembling groove fixated to the maxilla by the screw and enabling the legs to be mounted. According to the present invention, the base unit is installed after the bone mounting bracket is mounted in a jawbone, and thus the palate expanding device is capable of being rapidly and easily installed. Accordingly, pains and burdens to a patient can be minimized.
