PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic good in usability including spreadability, full-bodied feeling and infiltrativeness feeling when applied to the skin, and also good in touch feeling such as tense feeling after applied to the skin.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes: (A) an O/W-type emulsified product containing, as emulsified particles, an oily component containing a liquid oil and a solid fat, wherein the average size of the emulsified particles is 0.2 &mum or smaller and (B) an aqueous solution containing a cationic water-soluble polymer. In this cosmetic, the component (A) and the component (B) form a continuous phase and an isolated phase, respectively, resulting in phase separation.
