PURPOSE: A composition containing Isatis tinctoria L. extract is provided to suppress tyrosinase and elastinase activities. CONSTITUTION: An external use pharmaceutical composition for skin whitening and anti-wrinkling contains Isatis tinctoria L. extract as an active ingredient. The extract includes crude extract, polar solvent soluble extract or non-polar solvent soluble extract. The crude extract is isolated using water, methanol, ethanol, butanol or mixture thereof. The composition is manufactured in the form of a cream, gel, patch, spray, ointment, lotion, liniment, pasta, or cataplasma. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening and anti-wrinkling contains the extract as an active ingredient.본 발명은 대청엽 (Isatis tinctoria L.) 추출물을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 본 발명의 대청엽 추출물은 티로시나제 및 엘라스티아제 활성 억제효과를 나타내는바, 미백 및 주름개선용 피부외용 약학 조성물 및 화장료 조성물로 이용될 수 있다.
