The present invention relates to a dizziness diagnosis apparatus for using virtual reality without head movement which comprises: a virtual reality display part displaying the image for diagnosing dizziness； an ocular imaging camera photographing the eyeball of a testee； an image control part displaying a virtual reality diagnosis image corresponding to a dizziness type on the virtual reality display part； and a diagnosis part detecting nystagmus from the eyeball image of the testee who moves according to the diagnosis image through the ocular imaging camera and diagnosing the type of dizziness of the testee based on the detected nystagmus.본 발명에 따른 두부의 움직임이 필요없는 가상현실을 이용한 어지럼증 진단 장치는 어지럼증 진단용 이미지를 표시하는 가상현실 디스플레이부와, 피검자의 안구 이미지를 촬영하는 안구촬영 카메라와, 어지럼증 종류에 대응되는 가상현실 진단 영상을 상기 가상현실 디스플레이부에 표시하는 영상 제어부 및 상기 안구촬영 카메라를 통해 상기 진단 영상에 따라 움직이는 피검자의 안구 이미지로부터 안진(nystagmus)을 검출하고, 검출된 안진(nystagmus)에 기초하여 피검자의 어지럼증의 종류를 진단하는 진단부를 포함한다.
