A patient specific glenoid guide is provided to facilitate properly aligned implantation of a glenoid prosthesis into a patient. The guide shape is designed preoperatively based on the unique configuration of the scapula of the patient. The guide orientation is chosen preoperatively based on one or more of the bone structure of the patient, the wear pattern of the patient's glenoid cavity, the anchoring means of the glenoid prosthesis, or other aspects.La présente invention concerne un guidage de glénoïde spécifique d'un patient permettant de faciliter de manière correcte l'implantation alignée d'une prothèse glénoïde chez un patient. La forme de guidage est conçue de manière préopératoire en fonction de la conception unique de l'omoplate du patient. L'orientation de guidage est choisie de manière préopératoire en fonction d'au moins une structure d'os du patient, du modèle d'usure de la cavité glénoïde du patient, de moyens d'ancrage de la prothèse glénoïde ou d'autres aspects.
