The present invention relates to a flow rate regulator for an intravenous solution set which can be safely used by locking a flow rate control lever for controlling the flow rate of an intravenous solution in a rotated state. The regulator comprises: a body having a graduation and a numerical value displayed along a circumferential direction on an outer circumferential surface thereof and having a concavo-convex portion along the circumferential direction at an upper portion thereof a flow rate control lever connected to an upper portion of the body and having a flow rate indicator for adjusting a flow rate by rotating in accordance with the graduation and the numerical value and a stopper fitted in an upper portion of the flow rate control lever and descending downward to be hooked on the concavo-convex portion to lock the flow rate control lever.본 발명은 수액의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절레버를 회전시킨 상태에서 록킹시켜 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 수액세트용 유량조절기에 관한 것으로, 외주면에 둘레방향을 따라 눈금과 수치가 표시되며 상부에 둘레방향을 따라 요철부가 구비된 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 상부에 연결되어 눈금과 수치에 맞춰 회전시켜 유량을 조절할 수 있도록 유량표시가 형성된 유량조절레버와, 상기 유량조절레버의 상부에서 끼워져 하부로 내려오면서 요철부에 걸려 유량조절레버를 록킹시킬 수 있도록 하는 스토퍼를 포함한다.
