The basement membrane is proper to not only cell culturing, but also alveolus tissue or blood vessel tissue copying of a living body to be effectively used in a research of the basement membrane existing in the tissues.본 발명은 생체적합성 인공 기저막의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 생체적합성 인공 기저막에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 생체적합성 인공 기저막의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 인공 기저막은 상하 독립된 형태의 생체적합성 막으로서, 막의 크기와 두께를 제조 공정상에서 조절하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 한번의 공정을 통해 대량의 기저막을 제조하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 쉽고 빠르게 인공 기저막을 제작하는 것이 가능하며, 간단한 장비로도 제작이 가능하고, 비용이 저렴하다. 또한 세포배양뿐 만 아니라 폐포조직이나 혈관조직의 생체모사에 적합하여, 이들 조직에 존재하는 기저막의 연구에 효과적으로 활용하는 것이 가능하다.
