PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for a tampon for easily positioning an absorber in a proper position inside a vagina.SOLUTION: An applicator 1 for a tampon includes an outer tube 20 and an inner tube 30. The inner tube includes a first inner tube 31 and a second inner tube 32. At least a part of the first inner tube 31 overlaps with at least a part of the second inner tube 32. The difference in color between an overlapped area, in which the first inner tube overlaps with the second inner tube, and the outer tube is greater than that between the overlapped area and the second inner tube.
