PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical auxiliary tool which has a relatively simple device structure, can surely detect that a trachea guide member for ventilation for a patient is appropriately inserted into a trachea, and makes the ventilation for the patient be performed more smoothly.SOLUTION: A medical auxiliary tool 1 for detecting whether or not a trachea guide member for ventilation for a patient is appropriately inserted into a trachea comprises: a cylindrical connector 2 including a connection port 2a for connecting with the trachea guide member on one end of the connector and airflow supply port 2b for connecting with airflow supply means on the other end of the connector and airflow detection means. The airflow detection means detects a state where a tip of the trachea guide member is appropriately guided into the trachea to be opened or a state where the tip is closed because of the trachea guide member not being guided into the trachea by distinguishing the states on the basis of supplied airflow, when the trachea guide member connected with the connection port 2a is guided into the trachea while the airflow is supplied from the airflow supply means through the airflow supply port 2b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】比較的単純な装置の構成で、患者の換気のための気管導入部材が気管内に正しく挿入されたことを確実に検知することができるとともに、患者への換気をよりスムーズに実施可能とするための医療用補助器具を提供すること。
