To provide a novel application of perilla fermented extract in which since as a food product, perilla oil expressed from perilla seed has been distributed in a wide range, and has attracted as a health food product, and the perilla oil has been used as cosmetic as fat for supplying sebum, so that, a production quantity of perilla seeds has increased annually and perilla cultivation has been performed at each place, on the other hand, efficiency of perilla fermented extract after oil expression has been found, however, finding of efficiency of perilla fermented extract is not sufficient, and there are many perilla fermented extract to be discarded.SOLUTION: The inventors have found collagen production promotion action, and collagen degradation inhibition action about perilla fermented extract, and newly provide an application of perilla fermented extract for cosmetic, collagen production promotor, collagen degradation inhibitor, periodontal disease improver, skin moisturizing function improver, containing as an active ingredient, perilla fermented extract.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 エゴマ種子から搾油した「エゴマ油」が食品として広く流通しており、健康食品として注目されている。また食用ばかりでなく、皮脂を補うための油脂として化粧品にも利用されていることから、エゴマ種子の生産量は年々増加し各地でエゴマ栽培が広がっている。一方、搾油後のエゴマ発酵抽出物については有効性が見出されているが、充分とはいえず廃棄されるエゴマ発酵抽出物は多い。【解決手段】 本発明者らはエゴマ発酵抽出物についてコラーゲン産生促進作用、コラーゲン分解阻害作用を見出し、エゴマ発酵抽出物を有効成分として配合する化粧料、コラーゲン産生促進剤、コラーゲン分解阻害剤、歯周病改善剤、皮膚保湿機能改善剤への用途を新たに提供する。【選択図】なし
