The present invention relates to a anti-cancer novel composition and, more specifically, a pharmaceutical composition including compounds denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound of the present invention is allowed to restrict an AIMP2-DX2 protein level overly expressed from lung cancer according to concentration as well as to the survival of cancer cells according to concentration where there is no damage to normal cells. Therefore, the compound or pharmaceutical compositions including pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient can be used for preventing or treating cancers.본 발명은 신규한 항암용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 폐암세포에서 과발현 되는 AIMP2-DX2의 단백질 수준을 농도의존적으로 억제하며, 정상세포에는 작용하지 않고 암세포의 생존을 농도의존적으로 억제하므로, 본 발명의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물은 암의 예방 및 치료를 목적으로 사용될 수 있다.
