Provided are a watch and a stick which are assistance devices for the blind. The stick comprises a touch sensor, a gyroscope (gravity sensor), a microwave sensor, a shock sensing sensor, and a data transceiver for providing information of the surrounding area, guiding a route, sensing danger, and transmitting location information to 119, 112, and the stored number during an emergency situation by using the same and using a GPS navigation system on the basis of topographical measurement and location. A speaker attached on the watch provides time and voice recognition by using the watch.시각장애인의 보조장치인 시계와 지팡이이다. 지팡이 안에는 터치센서, 자이로스코프(중력센서),마이크로 파 센서, 충격 감지 센서,데이터 송수신기가 있다.이를 이용해 지형 측정 및 위치 기반 GPS 네비게이션 시스템을 이용해 주변 장소 정보제공과 길안내, 위험 감지, 비상상황시 위치 정보 119 ,112 및 저장한 번호로 송신 등을 갖추었고 시계를 이용하여 음성 인식과 시계에 달린 스피커로 시간을 알 수 있다.
