PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of spectacles with a biological examination device, enabling a subject to daily make sugar testing in a non-invasive state and simply.SOLUTION: This pair of spectacles with a biological examination device includes: a biological examination device 20 having a light emitting part 21 for radiating light to eyeballs of a user and a detecting part 22 for detecting the light reflected on the eyeballs and optically detecting substances (sugar) contained in a biogenic substance. The light emitting part 21 and/or the detecting part 22 includes a condensing means such as a DOE lens 24 for condensing light in a space up to the eyeballs of the user. In the biological examination device 20, a base plate loaded with the light emitting part and the detecting part is fixed to the frame or the vine part of the spectacles, and the light distribution pattern is adjusted so that the light emitted by the light emitting part is radiated to the eyeball, especially to the white of the eye.
