The portable apparatus for producing the carbonated water comprises: a body with a Y-shaped structure having a valve end and a nozzle end, wherein a gas feed tube and a gas control tube are formed inside a grip unit structured to be capable of accommodating a container filled with a carbonated gas under the body and gripping and a nozzle cap located at the valve end of the body, coupled with a valve controlling the amount of the carbonated gas discharged from the carbonated gas container, and having a plurality of second nozzles for securing a mixing space unit to induce the mixture of the carbonated gas and cleansing water and for discharging the carbonated gas to the cleansing water.
