The present invention provides a self-powered teeth sterilization, treatment and whitening device, which is independently used within an oral cavity, has no other separate installed battery, directly removes contaminants remaining in the oral cavity and the teeth, treats diseases and whitens the teeth. To this end, the present invention provides the self-powered teeth sterilization, treatment and whitening device and a control method, wherein the device is provided with: a silicon body； an LED for UV sterilization, a red LED for disease treatment or an LED for teeth whitening installed within the silicon body； and a piezoelectric element generating power by vertical moving pressure of the teeth to supply the power. The device measures a pollution state of the oral cavity and the teeth via a pollution sensor, enables a user to check the pollution state via a microprocessor and a Bluetooth smartphone application and enables the user to directly operate an output of the LED for UV sterilization.
