PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective heat retaining and heat generating structure in a cold protection product by laminating an aluminum vapor deposition layer inserted film sheet material and a moisture absorbing and heat generating fiber material.SOLUTION: A structure material in which the aluminum vapor deposition layer inserted film sheet (around 0.085 mm in thickness) and the moisture absorbing and heat generating fiber material are laminated with a polyamide adhesive or the like, is used by attaching it to the inside of a front material of the cold protection product. Thus, the aluminum vapor deposition layer inserted film sheet blocks heat transition between the outside and the inside to reflect the body temperature of a user himself to rapidly increase the temperature of a part where it is used.
