The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury comprising extracts of Acanthosid D as an active ingredient. As infiltration of inflammation cells in liver tissue is alleviated in a hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury mouse model in which Acanthosid D is administered, and the level of TNF-a and IL-6 is reduced, and blood concentration AST, ALT, and LDH activities which are liver function index are reduced, the Acanthosid D can be used for the composition for preventing or treating hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.본 발명은 아칸토사이드 D를 유효성분으로 함유하는 간 허혈-재관류 손상 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 아칸토사이드(Acanthoside)-D를 투여한 간 허혈-재관류(hepaticischemia-reperfusion) 손상 쥐 모델에서 간 조직의 염증세포 침윤현상이 완화되고, TNF-a, IL-6의 수준이 감소하며, 간기능지표인 혈중 AST, ALT, LDH 활성이 감소하므로, 상기 아칸토사이드 D를 간 허혈-재관류 손상 예방 및 치료용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
