PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel production method of a skin tissue piece for implantation using compression processing, in which an optimal condition for the take of an epidermal cell or cultured skin, is determined, and the epidermal cell or cultured cell is implanted and taken to an inactivated skin by the compression processing, and to provide a skin tissue piece for implantation obtained by the method, and a novel application of the inactivated skin for taking the epidermal cell or cultured skin to a taken part, after implantation and taking to an object.SOLUTION: A skin tissue collected from a mammal is immersed in a solution, and a high hydrostatic pressure of 200-500 MPa is applied to the tissue for inactivating the tissue, thereby the inactivated skin tissue is produced.
