An anti-trespass panel 1 having a single piece of material 6 that extends generally in a plane 50 and is formed to define a plurality of elongate portions 2 that each extend in a longitudinal direction 4 and are arranged in a lateral direction 8, where each elongate portion 2 extends out of the plane 50 such that the single piece of material 6 defines a non-planar surface 3. The non-planar surface 3 may have a sawtooth shape / profile, where each saw-tooth is defined by the elongate portions 2. The single piece of material 6 may be sheet of material that may be deformed to form elongate portions 2, where the sheet may be folded such that folds in the sheet form the elongate portions 2. The single piece of material 6 may be glass reinforced plastic or glass-fibre reinforced plastic. Non-planar surface 3 may be arranged to direct water to the at least one aperture fluidly connected to a drain. Also a combination of an anti-trespass panel 1 and a railway track comprising a pair of rails spaced apart in a width direction, where the non-planar surface 3 of the anti-trespass panel 1 is provided between the rails.
