PURPOSE: A producing method of processed salt using medical crops is provided to enable users to easily obtain a medicinal effect of the medical crops by eating the salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of processed salt using medical crops comprises the following steps: adding water to the medical crops, and boiling the mixture for 3 hours in a double boiler before separating a first extract from medicinal crop residues； mixing the medicinal crop residues with the water, and boiling the mixture for 3 hours in the double boiler to obtain a second extract； mixing the first and second extracts, and adding salt into the mixed extract； and aging the mixture for 2-3 days, and drying the mixture. The medical crops are formed with main medicinal crops and subsidiary medicinal crops in a ratio of 4:6. The salt is roasted salt obtained by sintering bay salt at 800-1,200 deg C.본 발명은 약용작물의 우수한 약리효과를 부여할 수 있고, 표면이 끈적거림이 없고 매끄러워 취급이 용이한 가공소금을 제조할 수 있는 가공소금의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 약용작물에 8배수의 물을 가하여 중탕기에서 3시간 중탕하고 착즙하여 얻은 제1 중탕액과 약용작물잔재물을 분리하는 단계와, 약용작물잔재물에 4배수의 물을 가하여 중탕기에서 3시간동안 중탕하고 착즙하여 제2 중탕액을 얻는 단계와, 상기 제1 중탕액과 상기 제2 중탕액을 혼합한 혼합 중탕액과 소금을 혼합하여 소금에 혼합 중탕액을 침투시키는 단계와, 상기 혼합 중탕액이 침투된 소금을 상온에서 2~3일동안 숙성시킨 후 건조하는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
