The flexible undergarment has a front portion connected with a back portion, forming a hip portion and two leg portions. The flexible undergarment covers at least a portion of the wearers lower body. The flexible undergarment includes an integral front extension or an integral middle extension. The flexible undergarment has an integral back extension. The flexible undergarment provides protection from diseases associated with contact of bodily fluid, other peoples skin, or the like.
