PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dose counter for use with a metered-dose inhaler comprising a container for medicaments equipped with reciprocal actuation means such as a valve.SOLUTION: A dose counter 200 comprises an indicator member 270, which is attached to a container for medicaments equipped with reciprocal actuation means such as a valve, operates along a first axis A (actuation axis) along which the reciprocal actuation means operates, and is rotatable about a second axis 271 disposed at an obtuse angle to the first axis.
