A ceramics bracket is installed in a holder(124) within a deposition chamber(120). The inside of the deposition chamber is kept at a constant pressure. The flow rate of a carrier gas is controlled at 100-20,000sccm per a unit area(mm^2). A ceramic powder is changed into aerosol by supplying the carrier gas to a space in which the ceramic powder is placed. The aerosol is supplied to a nozzle(122) within the deposition chamber by the pressure difference. A plurality of first ceramic coating lines is formed. A plurality of second ceramic coating lines is formed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은, 노즐의 분사구와 성막하려는 세라믹 브라켓 사이의 거리가 1~100㎜ 범위로 일정하게 유지되게 하면서 상기 세라믹 브라켓을 향해 에어로졸이 분사되게 하여 상기 세라믹 브라켓에 분사된 에어로졸이 충격에 의하여 고화되면서 성막되게 하되, 상기 세라믹 브라켓을 고정하는 홀더를 일방향으로 스캔하여 복수의 세라믹 코팅 라인을 형성하는 치아교정용 세라믹 브라켓의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 에어로졸 성막법으로 소성 공정 없이 세라믹 브라켓 표면에 세라믹 분말을 이용하여 다이렉트 라이팅(Direct Writing) 또는 마스크(Mask)를 이용한 패터닝(Patterning)에 의해 세라믹 코팅 라인을 상온에서 형성시킴으로써 치아와의 접착강도를 향상시키고 브라켓 간의 접착강도 편차를 감소시킬 수 있다.
