The present invention relates to a fixture placement and removal device, and more particularly, to a fixture placement and removal device which can not only implant the fixture but also can remove the fixture from the alveolar bone. The fixture placement and removal device according to the invention comprises a mounting means and a screw means. The mounting means is mounted on the upper end of the fixture and a through-hole is formed along the axial direction. The screw means comprises: a screw part inserted through the through-hole and having a screw thread to be screwed when one end is inserted into the fixture and rotated in one direction； and a header part coupled to the other end of the screw part to press the mounting means to be in close contact with the fixture when the screw part is rotated in the one direction and screwed to the fixture. Here, when the mounting means is rotated in the other direction opposite to the one direction, the mounting means may be pressed by the screw means to be in close contact with the fixture so that the fixture can be released from the alveolar bone. According to the present invention, since the fixture placement and removal device includes first and second protrusions, the fixture can be placed in the alveolar bone as well as removed from the alveolar bone even if the fixture does not have a hexagonal structure.
