The present invention relates to a scalp stimulator comprising a body, a light irradiating unit, a medicinal fluid spraying unit, an electricity stimulating unit, and a controlling unit. The body is formed in a cap shape to correspond to a head shape of a user. The light irradiating unit is installed inside the body and irradiates laser light to a scalp. The medicinal fluid spraying unit sprays and applies, to the scalp, a medicinal fluid for preventing and treating alopecia. The electricity stimulating unit generates an electric stimulus by supplying fine current to the scalp, and injects the sprayed medicinal fluid into the inside of the scalp. The controlling unit controls driving of the light irradiating unit, the medicinal fluid spraying unit, and the electricity stimulating unit.
