A cosmetic composition is provided to improve the skin wrinkle and to relieve the stimulus of skin cells by external stimulus by using a fermented solution of wild insam (ginseng). A cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-20.0 %(w/w) of a fermented solution of wild insam. Preferably the fermented solution of wild insam is obtained by culturing wild insam with Bacillus subtilis as a Bacillus sp strain or Saccharomyces cerevisiae as an enzyme.본 발명은 장뇌삼을 바실러스속 균주(Bacillussubtilis) 또는 효모(Saccharomycescerevisiae)로 배양하여 얻은 발효액을 포함하는 피부주름 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 이 화장료 조성물을 인간의 피부에 도포하여 피부주름을 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장뇌삼 발효액은 피부 세포 활성을 증진시키고, 콜라겐 등의 피부 세포 단백질의 합성을 촉진시켜 주며, 콜라겐 분해 효소의 생성을 억제해줌으로써 노화로 인해 발생하는 피부 주름 개선 효능을 가지고 있다.
