The present invention relates to an animal model using a cancer cell line spheroid. More specifically, the present invention relates to an animal model in which a cancer cell line spheroid and CAF are implanted, an anticancer drug screening method using the animal model, and the like. In the animal model according to the present invention, tumor vessels are well formed and there is no tumor necrosis. Therefore, the animal model of the present invention is expected to be useful for in vivo anti-cancer drug efficacy evaluation, research on the pathogenesis of tumors, and cancer therapy.본 발명은 암 세포주 스페로이드를 이용한 동물 모델에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 암 세포주 스페로이드 및 CAF가 이식된 동물 모델 및 상기 동물 모델을 이용한 항암제 스크리닝 방법 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 동물 모델은 종양 혈관이 잘 형성되고, 종양 괴사가 없는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서, 본 발명의 상기 동물 모델은 생체 내(in vivo) 항암제 약효평가, 종양에 대한 발병기전 연구, 및 암 치료법 개발에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
