The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition used in treatment of infertility and a manufacturing method thereof. The pharmaceutical composition to be administered to womb intrauterine contains regenerated cells derived from fatty tissues including adipocyte stem cells, vascular endothelial cells and blood vessel peridermal cells.
