There is provided a liquid medicine preparation kitincluding a prefilled syringe and a transfer pour tool, characterized in thatthe prefilled syringe is fitted with a sealing member for sealing of the distalend thereof, the sealing member not detachable from the distal end, and that thetransfer pour tool is fitted with a one-way valve capable of irreversible emissionof only the gas within the system and a filter disposed so as to be adjacent to theside of second communication channel from the one-way valve.
