PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement module capable of suppressing an impact of optical noise and acquiring more accurate biological information, and a biological information measurement apparatus equipped with the biological information measurement module.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement module includes a light emitting part and a light receiving part 140 for receiving measurement light acquired by irradiating an object to be measured with the light from the light emitting part. The light receiving part 140 includes a photo diode 142 having a light receiving surface 142a for detecting the measurement light, and an angle restriction filter part 144 disposed on a light receiving surface 142a for restricting an incident angle of the light that reaches the light receiving surface 142a.
