Provided is an automatic sample introduction device, comprising a sample separation device (100), a mixing device (200) disposed below the sample separation device (100), and a discharge device (300) disposed below the mixing device (200). The sample separation device (100) is used to separate an individual tube array from a plurality of tube arrays storing samples. Mixing is performed after the individual tube array falls into the mixing device (200), and then the tube array falls from the mixing device (200) into the discharge device (300) for a discharge operation. The automatic sample introduction device can automatically complete the steps of separation, mixing-puncturing, and discharging of a tube array in a vertical direction, and features a compact structure, small occupation space, and a shorter motion distance of the tube array, shortening a time and improving efficiency. The provided sample separation device (100) can be used to add a plurality of tube arrays at once, thereby reducing the workload
