PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish preserve that prevents deformation of the fish preserve due to an ocean current and prevents deposit of algae and shellfish, and further prevents the cultured fish from colliding with a net to be hurt or mortally killed, and to provide a fish farming method using the fish preserve.SOLUTION: A fish preserve has a frame 2 having buoyancy, a metallic outer net 6 mounted to the frame 2 in an upper end opening, an inner net 9 made of synthetic fiber and stored to form a spacing 13 at least between a circumferential wall 10 and a circumferential wall 7 of the outer net 6 in the outer net 6, and tension members 14, 20 for triggering tension moving vertically to the circumferential wall 10 of the inner net 9. The inner net 9 is disposed removably from the inside of the outer net 6. The inner net made of the synthetic fiber is stored in the metallic outer net, so that the rigidity of the metallic rigid outer net supports the flexible inner net, and thereby the inner net is not deformed under the influence of the ocean current. Further, the inner net made of the flexible synthetic fiber is stored in the outer net and the spacing 13 is provided between the outer net and the inner net, so that the fish does not collide with the metallic net and is never damaged nor mortally killed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 浮力を有する枠体2と、上端開口部において前記枠体2に取り付けられた金属製の外網体6と、前記外網体6内に少なくともその周壁10と前記外網体6の周壁7との間に間隔13を形成するように収容された合成繊維製の内網体9と、当該内網体9の前記周壁10に上下方向に向かう張力を作用させる張力部材14,20とを有し、前記内網体9が外網体6内から取り外し可能に配置されている。【効果】 金属製の外網体内に合成繊維製の内網体が収容されているので、金属製の剛直な外網体の剛性が柔軟な内網体を支え、内網体が海流などの影響で変形することがない。また外網体内に柔軟な合成繊維製の内網体を収容し、その外網体と内網体との間に間隔13をおいているので、金属製の網に衝突することがなく、魚体に傷が付いたりへい死したりすることがない。【選択図】 図1
