PURPOSE: A medical bed for an emergency room is provided to improve space utilization by reducing an occupied space. CONSTITUTION: A medical bed unit (10) for an emergency room comprises: a duct (100) which is installed on a ceiling or a wall and comprises utility lines for networks, power sources, oxygen, and air pressure； a temporary wall (200) which connects to the duct, is vertically extended downwards, is formed with a space against the wall, and is cut across the middle thereof in a longitudinal direction； a bed unit (300) which has cushions rotationally connected to each other by a first joint and a second joint and is combined with the temporary wall to rotate within a bed accommodation unit through a rotation unit in a horizontal direction； and a motor-driven winch (400) which includes a wire of which free end connects to a lower cushion.본 발명은 공간절약형 응급실 의료침대에 관한 것으로서, 응급실을 찾은 환자수에 대응하여 필요치 않은 침대를 공간절약적으로 신속하게 수납할 수 있도록 함으로써 남는 공간을 다른 용도로 사용하거나 그만큼의 동선을 더 확보할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 하나의 의료침대 유니트를 환자의 병명과 상태에 따라 기본적인 누운 자세는 물론 상체거양, 하체거양의 자세와 앉은 자세에 모두 적용할 수 있도록 그 형태를 다양하고 손쉽게 변형시키는 것이 가능한 공간절약형 응급실 의료침대에 관한 것이다.
