PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable tinea unguium treatment implement by which treatment is possible to a patient having basic diseases such as visceral diseases, pregnant women, patients during lactation without limitation, antifungal drug for external use can be inexpensively, safely, effectively, percutaneously absorbed from the surface of nails to deep parts of the nails in a short period without adverse effect by solving individual difference in treatment.SOLUTION: A capsule with a structure in which the antifungal drug for external use is injected and sealing is easily released by pressing is inserted in an elastic applicator having a fringe part in the opening peripheral part, the applicator is hermetically adhered to the surface of the nail invaded with Trichophyton, thereafter the sealing of the capsule is released by pushing and pressing from the outside of the applicator to leak the antifungal drug for external use in the capsule to allow the drug to be permeated to the deep part of the nail.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内臓疾患など基礎疾患がある患者や妊婦および授乳中の患者に対しても制限なく治療が可能であるとともに、治療における個体差を解決し短期間で副作用がなく、しかも安価で安全に抗真菌外用剤を爪表面から爪の深部にまで効率的に経皮吸収させることができる携帯可能な爪白癬治療具を提供する。【解決手段】抗真菌外用剤が注入されて押圧で密封が簡単に解除される構造のカプセルを開口周辺部に縁部を備えた弾力性のあるアプリケータ内に挿入し、該アプリケータを白癬菌に侵された爪の表面に密封接着した後、アプリケータの外側から押圧してカプセルの密封を解除し内部の抗真菌外用剤を漏出させて爪の深部に浸透させる。【選択図】図2
