PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the production of an aqueous suspension of an active compound lipid formulation produced by using a method which does not comprise the use of an organic solvent.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method comprising a) adding a component consisting of 1) at least one solid lipid, and 2) at least one active compound which is a partially water-soluble or water-insoluble solid drug to a first aqueous medium to form a mixture, wherein the aqueous medium does not contain any surfactant, the weight ratio of the active compound and the lipid is between 1:10 and 1:60, and the active compound is added in the amount of 5 mg/mL or less to the aqueous medium； b) treating the mixture of the step a) to form a lipid-compound suspension with an average particle diameter of less than 0.5 micron； c) subjecting the lipid-compound suspension of the step b) to freeze-drying to form a freeze-dried substance； and d) reconstituting the freeze-dried substance of the step c) with a second aqueous medium to obtain the aqueous suspension with an average particle diameter of less than 0.5 micron.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】有機溶媒の使用を含まない方法を用いて生産される、活性化合物の脂質製剤の水性懸濁液を製造するための方法の提供。【解決手段】ａ）第１の水性媒体に、１）少なくとも１つの固体状の脂質、および２）少なくとも１つの固体状の部分的に水溶性、または水不溶性薬物である活性化合物から成る成分を添加して混合物を形成すること、前記水性媒体は界面活性剤を含まず、活性化合物と脂質の重量比が１：１０と１：６０の間であり、かつ活性化合物が水性媒体に、５ｍｇ／ｍＬ以下の量で添加され、ｂ）ステップａ）の混合物を処理し、０．５ミクロン未満の平均粒径を有する脂質－化合物懸濁液を形成すること、ｃ）ステップｂ）の脂質－化合物懸濁液を凍結乾燥し、凍結乾燥された物質を形成すること、ならびにｄ）ステップｃ）の凍結乾燥された物質を第２の水性媒体で再構成し、０．５ミクロン未満の平均粒径を有する該水性懸濁液を得る、ことからなる方法。【選択図】なし
