PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably cut a branching vessel connected to a blood vessel being currently peeled, while peeling the blood vessel along with a peripheral tissue.SOLUTION: A cutting device 22 includes: a shaft part 50 configured to be held by a user； and a first piece 70 and a second piece 80 provided at a tip end of the shaft part 50 and projecting in a direction orthogonal to an extension direction of the shaft part 50.
