This invention relates to an improved neem larvidical composition for use as such in the solution or emulsifiable concentrate or a derivative having slow release properties comprising of composition having an active constituent selected from neem pesticide alongwith thymol or p-cymene singularly or in combination along with the requisite auxiliaries.
