To provide a bucket with a spout which is free of a leak during pouring and can be stacked.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bucket 1 with a spout that has a side face 114 inclined to a bottom face 113, and increases in diameter toward an opening face B of an opening part A over the bottom face, and that comprises: an attachment base 13 provided outside a peripheral edge of the opening part A below a virtual plane including the opening face B； a handle 21 fitted to the attachment base 13； an upper edge 111 extending from outside an opening peripheral edge； and a spout 12 extending from the upper edge 111 above the virtual plane, in which at least a tip part is cylindrical and the height of which is equal to or less than a bucket depth-directional length of the attachment base 13.
