The locking device is disposed between the guide tube of the syringe, the pushing rod and the injection rod. The guide tube has an annular connecting wall and a central bore. The pushing rod has a dose control segment. The locking device has a locking tube, at least one engagement surface, at least one through-hole, and at least one resilient hook. The lock tube is formed on the connecting wall and mounted around the center hole. At least one engagement surface is formed on the injection rod. At least one through hole is formed radially in the pushing rod.
